Courtney Whelan
Founding Partner

Courtney is a dedicated professional in the field of historic preservation, holding a BFA in Historic Preservation from the Savannah College of Art. With extensive experience in construction administration, historic preservation non-profit and advocacy, and project consulting.
Courtney is passionate about the positive impact that well-maintained historic resources have on a community's quality of life and economic health, and strives to advocate for their preservation in all her professional endeavors.
Rachel Guilfoil
Founding Partner

Rachel is a Professional Landscape Architect in the state of Massachusetts and has experience working with the City of Boston's CPA Program. She is committed to creating equal access to safe and quality open space across all communities within the commonwealth.
Having worked as a landscape architect in both the public and the private sectors, Rachel draws on her experience in municipal, institutional, and recreational site design to better inform her work with CPA communities. She has a strong background in sustainable practice, green infrastructure, construction administration, and public engagement.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She is passionate about advocating for others, and works closely with the Boston Society of Landscape Architects’ Advocacy Committee.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys hiking, skiing, reading, and gardening.
